Terms of service
Updated October 12, 2026
These terms govern your use of WhatBot, operated by The WhatBot Inc. Contact info@thewhatbot.com for support.
Your account
You must be authorized to manage every business account you connect. Keep your login secure and provide accurate workspace information. You are responsible for your team’s use of the service and the content and automations you configure.
Business messaging
Use WhatBot only for lawful, authorized communications. Follow Meta’s platform terms and messaging policies, obtain required permissions and consents, and honor requests to stop communication. Do not send spam, impersonate others, or bypass messaging restrictions. Automated replies remain subject to the channel’s messaging window and permissions.
AI and automation
Review your flows, business information, and AI instructions before enabling them. AI output may be inaccurate. Configure human handoff where appropriate and monitor activity. Provider outages, changed permissions, and delivery restrictions may interrupt service.
Third-party services and availability
Meta and other providers control their own accounts, permissions, pricing, and availability. WhatBot cannot guarantee Meta approval, uninterrupted service, or message delivery. Any paid plan terms and provider usage charges will be disclosed when you purchase or enable them.
Ending use
You can disconnect accounts and request deletion of your workspace data. We may restrict access for misuse, security incidents, or violations of these terms. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied as available, without guarantees beyond those expressly agreed. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
